Accurate Measurement
All our weighing instruments have passed the measurement test, and our weighing personnel all take post after receiving a training of the “Measurement Procedure” to ensure the accurate measurement of all goods.

Handling Safety
All on-site handling staff and equipment operators take the post after receiving a systematic training, who are familiar with the cargo characteristics, packaging, storage rules and operation requirements to ensure the safety of all goods.

Acceptance and Stockpiling
The warehouse keepers accept the quantity and weight of the goods according to relevant documents and arrange the cargo stockpiling according to the fixed management requirements and the characteristics of the goods, ensuring the acceptance efficiency, cargo safety and stockpiling standardization through scientific management and proper protection.

Inventory Management
Combining static inventory checking, dynamic inventory checking and cycle inventory checking, we perform regular or irregular inspections and special inspections and checking, to ensure that the cargoes are stored in good condition, and the goods and records are consistent.

Ex-warehousing Review
In strict accordance with the owner’s instructions, we first verify the authenticity of the instructions and the inventory status of goods, and then make an ex-warehousing plan and relevant arrangements. Our warehouse keepers supervise the handling process and review the ex-warehousing at the site, to ensure that the cargoes are consistent with the owner’s instructions.

The data information of goods entering and leaving the warehouses are entered accurately on time into the management system of “JuShen logistics business management cloud platform”. Customers can log in to the Internet client end at any time with their given account and password, so as to improve the data processing efficiency and customer service quality.
Futures warehouse receipt management
In strict accordance with customer instructions and requirements, and as per the relevant regulations of Shanghai Futures Exchange and Guangzhou Futures Exchange, we complete the relevant affairs of futures warehouse receipt in a standardized, timely, accurate and efficient manner.

- Receiving the instructions and arrange the preparation

After receiving the written instruction of preparing a warehouse receipt from the customers, the business office confirms the warehousing and inventory status of the goods, and then confirm the relevant notices on the application for commodity delivery in the electronic warehouse receipt system of Shanghai Futures Exchange, before arranging the staff to carry out operations such as goods adjustment and stacking.

- Data collection

The customers need to provide the valid documents of the goods for making the futures warehouse receipt. The original copy of Product Quality Certificate is required for domestic goods.

- Goods adjustment and stacking

When stacking the goods according to the futures warehouse receipt, the staff have to check the surface quality and packaging condition of the goods, count the quantity of the goods, arrange the cargo space, stack the goods according to the weight requirements of the futures warehouse receipt, and submit the stacking details to the order handling staff.

After checking and confirming the data of goods as correct according to the stacking details of a warehousing receipt, the data will be processed with the warehouse receipt management system of Shanghai Futures Exchange, before the customers are notified after preparing the corresponding electronic warehouse receipt.

Regular inspection and inventory checking are performed on the goods specified in futures warehouse receipts, and relevant statistical data and statements are provided according to the requirements of Shanghai Futures Exchange.
