Job Responsibilities:
1. Verify the relevant materials uploaded by the certified driver (such as driver's license, professional qualification certificate, vehicle registration certificate, transportation certificate, etc.), and verify the reliability of the information through a third-party application (such as the main vehicle's network connection, the validity of the professional qualification certificate, the situation of *** company, etc.). Report the information of the certified driver and vehicle, collect the driver's certificates, and form a document of the day's work content to report to the company.
2. Answer customer service calls from drivers or shippers, follow the wechat groups of various shippers, and answer questions or handle encountered problems (such as drivers changing accounts, drivers binding vehicles, shippers being unable to ship goods, etc.).
3. Handle user feedback and complaints from drivers on the platform and follow up with drivers at critical moments. In addition, pay attention to the contents that the leader values and report them.
4. Report the waybills and funds completed for payment on the same day, and check and handle any abnormal situations through the provincial platform.
5. Report any anomalies or issues encountered by the platform to colleagues and follow up and handle them until the problems are resolved.
6. Review of waybill documents (whether the trajectory and positioning of the waybill during transportation are abnormal, and whether the loading and unloading time of the waybill that has been signed for is reasonable and whether the signed receipt documents are formal), etc.
