Job Responsibilities:
First, institutional system construction
1. Take the lead in drafting, releasing, implementing and improving the company's various rules and regulations, and gradually achieve the institutionalization, standardization and proceduralization of the company's management work.
2. Formulate and improve the company's organizational structure, departmental responsibilities, and job responsibilities as needed to enhance the company's scientific and standardized management level.
Second, human resource management
1. According to the company's medium and long-term business strategy, formulate human resources strategic planning, organize and implement various human resources management work.
2. Based on the monthly performance evaluations and attendance records of employees, complete the calculation and distribution of their salaries and other salary management tasks.
3. Complete the purchase and payment of the five social insurances and one housing fund for employees as well as commercial insurance.
4. In accordance with the company's salary framework and welfare policies, establish a complete security system for employees to ensure the rationality, competitiveness and fairness of the salary and welfare system.
5. Take the lead in doing a good job in the dynamic management of employees, regularly collect data on employee changes, follow up on the implementation of activities such as job assignment, staffing determination and job allocation, and ensure the rationality and scientific nature of job management.
Third, administrative management1. Management of fixed assets and establishment of detailed accounts for the company's fixed assets.
Fourth, external coordination
1. Coordinate with government and industry authorities, participate in and organize meetings, write documents, reports, etc.
2. Master relevant industry policies and strive for policy support for the company's business development.
3. Enhance the company's image in the government and the industry.
Fifth, the internal management
1. Take the lead in internal skills training and learning, and actively motivate employees' enthusiasm for work and study.
2. Guide subordinates in formulating phased work plans and supervise their implementation, providing work guidance, suggestions and performance evaluations.
3. Based on the completion of the company and department's business, plan the department's development goals and form a scientific medium - and long-term development plan. Formulate the annual training plan for this department and supervise the completion of the progress.
4. Collect daily anomalies of the department, put forward suggestions for anomaly improvement, and report to the superior leaders on a regular basis.
